Pre-Construction Walk-Through
We review architectural plans, perform load calculations, and identify any service upgrades required.

Plans, Permits & Filing
Our office files with the NYC DOB and coordinates ConEd service requests.

Rough-In & Inspection
We pull conduit, run circuits, set boxes, and stage for closed-wall and rough inspection.

Trim Out & Final Sign-Off
Devices are installed, panels are labeled, and we walk the final inspection with the DOB inspector.
